I don't know myself, for the record. And I use all eight fingers and two thumbs for typing. My thumbs have the honour of pushing the space bar. Actually, only my right thumb pushes the space bar. My left thumb is inactive.
I could be wrong(but, you know, I'm not :P). If you look closely you can see that the there is more of the drawing and fingers on the right side than the left.

Haw haw haw. Only two fingers. The fingers themselves are mirrored, so you'll never know which side is real.

The left side of the picture is the real one. The right side is the mirrored image.
