Thirteen Days

So I said that CotM's tiebreaker vote would end on September 13. It's the fifth, here in NZ at least, and we have nine votes—which is one less than the number of votes we had for the previous vote. I have not voted because:
1. I think nine votes, being an odd number, is appropriate
2. I'm biased towards my own characters

So what do you think? Should I cut the tiebreaker vote off as it is and announce the winner? Or should I let it drag on until September 13?
