You know the rules.
Nominations will begin on a specified day and run for one week. During that time, nominators will post their nominations. Each nominator may nominate one character. Not everyone has to nominate a character for this award.
The aim of the nominator is to discover a character that is well-developed and unique. They will then post a nomination in the comments as to which character they nominate.
When the nominations end, the voting will begin. Voting will consist either of a poll in the sidebar or of comments on a post. It will probably be of a new post.
What is the prize?
The character who wins the prize receives a custom-built banner for themselves and is also allowed to write a post on this blog. Of course, the owner of the character will have to approve.
Nominations will begin on September 22th, 11:59 PM, for the Character of October 2013 and end September 29, 11:59 PM.
Voting will begin as soon as the nominations end and will end on October 10, 11:59 PM.
Post the name of your nominee on this post.
I know this is late. But go ahead and start nominating.

What does it mean if a character is seconded? And how are the nominees determined for voting?
ReplyDeleteI think seconding would mean that you agree with the nomination.
DeleteHow are the nominees determined for voting? Hmm…I'm not sure I understand that. The characters that are nominated become the subjects of voting, and any tie will have a second vote. Does that help?
