CaC2: What's happening?

So, yeah. The title explains it all.
What is happening? Anything? Or is CaC2 fading away because Dmitri, Jag and I are blocked from  going on the UG? Well, not blocked, we just can't get on.

    The bounty hunters are starting up again. Kian's story is trudging along slowly. I hope you can get back on soon though. :D

    I think the problem is that a lot of people (not just you three) are offline.
